So in a bid to help them make it through their 9-5 we turned to the only ‘boss’ they actually want to hear from. Their corner shop boss. Training up the shopkeepers to offer an open ear to the Gen Zs who escape to their stores during the workday. Taking over their cornershops and transforming them into ‘Boss Break’ spots.
